Is there any subscription fee?

No, Zaploop is totally free.

I haven't received my activation email yet.

If your email box is an hotmail one, we invite you to consult your junk box.

What files formats does Zaploop accept?

For music files, Zaploop accepts: mp3, wma, aac, ogg. For pictures the format requiered is jpeg.

What about song prices?

While you price your own song, the price should range from 0.50€ and 1.50€

How much do I get paid for each song sale?

You get paid 50% for the sale if you are an artist, and 25% if you are retailer fan.

When do I get paid?

You get paid every month via your Paypal account.

Are my tunes instantly available for sale?

Your tunes will be immediately uploaded, but our team will moderate them.

Is there an upload size limit?

There's no limit, you can upload all of your albums, without go over 50 songs.

Do I need a Paypal account to use Zaploop?

No, you are not required to open a paypal account in order to use Zaploop, but it is necessary if you want to get paid.

What about Zaploop’s security?

Zaploop uses SLL 128 bits technologies which assures protection of your confidential data.

What about Copyrights?

Artists conserve copyrights of their work.

I am not registrated in an authors' rights organisation, what happens ?

You can create an account on Zaploop but Zaploop won't be responsible in rights' fights.

Can I create a Zaploop account even if I am using another music distribution services?

Yes, Zaploop is not exclusive.

Can I use Zaploop if I'm already signed with a label?

Yes but you need to make sure that you are not digitally exclusif to your label.

Can I sell my friends artists' songs?

Yes but your fans will not be able to see your friends playlist on your Zaploop profile page, only your albums can be view.

Can I sell my music on Zaploop website?

No, Zaploop gives you an EMBED to sell your musics from your own websites, or blogs.

When I play a song on Zaploop, it takes few secondes before the listening. Why ?
